MYBA Charter Terms:
The charter fee includes the hire and insurance of the yacht, crew food and wages, and the yacht’s laundry. All other expenses, including fuel for the main engine, generators, water sports equipment, all running costs, harbor fees, all food, soft and alcoholic drinks, communication costs, and local taxes, are additional.

Thus, an additional APA allowance calculated at 35% of the charter fee is required. A 4% Bahamas tax and a 10% VAT (of the charter fee) are also due on top of the weekly rates and APA.
