Original version:
  • - White rum,
  • - Lime juice
  • - Orange curacao
  • - Orgeat syrup.

The pineapple version

  • - White rum
  • - Triple sec
  • - Lime juice
  • - Pineapple juice
  • - Orange juice with a dash of grenadine to finish.

Shake well with ice and top each version with dark rum!
